Amar iSchool is an online skill-based education platform, particularly for Bangladeshi job seekers.

University students of Bangladesh stick with the traditional curriculum during their student life. But they find themselves at a loss after completing graduation. The ever-evolving job market barely matches the lessons taught in university and college life.

Employers look for skillful candidates where the major portion of the fresh graduates can’t meet their satisfaction. That’s where a graduate has to start learning the necessary skills to find a suitable job. Researches say 34% of fresh graduates remain jobless for the first 2 to 3 years.

Also, a recent survey says that about 70% of graduates seek technical training each year. That’s where Amar iSchool steps in with technical training and related services for career growth. And the designed curriculum is more focused on job requirements.

Job market-centered Amar iSchool courses aim to minimize skill gaps to help the graduates.

Amar iSchool started its journey in 2019 through the hands of its founder Md. Abdullah Al Nasim.

The primary vision of the setup concerned outcome-based education for engineering students. But the objectives have changed a lot to cope with the current job market and students’ skill requirements.

Supported by Pioneer Alpha Ltd, Amar iSchool managed to start its official journey soon enough. The platform even won an intra-university idea competition during its infancy.

Amar iSchool participated in Grameenphone Accelerator Program to make its first public appearance.

Well-experienced and well-qualified instructors designed the beginner-level products at their initial stage. And the platform introduced significant changes and upgrades in its products in March 2022.

Amar iSchool combines passionate learning with project-based technical training. And there are expert teachers with satisfying skills in relevant technology to guide the participants. Everyone is experienced in teaching technical lessons. All of them are working in many renowned companies across the globe.

Our mission is to reduce the skill gap so that learners can learn as their need for the requirements of jobs. We focus on outcome-based education. The current education market is ready for taking the 4th Industrial Revolutionary resources as the job market needs skilled human resources. So, our vision helps the education market fulfill the job market needs. We imagine a day when every learner in a Bangladeshi village can learn from lower-income families.
