Refund and Cancellation Policy


 When a learner should inform us about   cancellation or refund through email:

If a learner wants to cancel the booking after the payment, he/she will have to notify the team for cancellation for Live courses: 1 day before the scheduled starting day & for Other courses: within 12 hours after buying the course and the learner will be refunded the full amount (excluding the payment gateway charge) within 7-10 working days from placement of a notification of cancellation. If the live course is canceled for any reason before the date then all participants will be refunded 100% of the paid amount within 7-10 working days of the cancellation date.


 What should be included in the email:

For cancellation notification, Email [email protected].

Refund request will be considered as valid only if it is made through an email specifying Enroller Name, Email, Phone No, Buying course name, Buying date and time, Buying media(bKash/SSI commerce card or others name), Valid reason of cancellation, bKash/Nagad/Mobile financial no(to get a refund), Subject( Refund needed for “Course Name” within mentioned days of the class starting.


 How will he/she get a refund:

Within 7-10 working days of the cancellation date in his mentioned mobile financial media. He/she will get a confirmation email if “Amar iSchool” approves it.
